Meet The Owners

Owners of The Boonton Cafe, John & Michael Karsos, are brothers and lifelong business partners. Originally from Chios, Greece, they journeyed to the US in pursuit of the American Dream, and made that a reality through multiple successful ventures in the restaurant business. Their previous businesses (which include the Brookside & East Hanover Diners) have been ranked amongst the “Best Of,” having won in multiple categories in both Morris & Essex Counties. Mike & John credit their success to giving each of their businesses TLC and never cutting corners. They are both expecting first grandchildren and are looking forward to making family memories through their latest endeavor, The Boonton Cafe!
